Auteur Theory

The notion of authorship in art and filmmaking is often questioned—sometimes by the artists themselves. Still, many directors have developed a distinctive and recognizable aesthetic, while others have (un)intentionally avoided easy classification. This series is an exploration to what defines a filmmaker’s work, whether it carries a clear signature or refuses to settle into one.

The series was produced in cooperation with Boon TV and is publicly broadcast in Armenia.
